The structure of the warehouse unit as a static scheme is an one-opening frame with an opening of 30.00 m axially /middle of the column - middle of the column/ and a third column supporting the frame in the middle. The IPE360 columns and the IPE330 rafters of the frame are made of hot rolled 2T sections. The anti-wind connections on the facade and the roof are made of cold-bent paired "2xL"-shaped profiles.

The structure is mounted on a pre-built zero cycle - a foundation made of single foundations using preliminary set in the plan anchor devices. The connection between the foundations is carried out by concrete foundation girders with width of 25cm.
