The new building will be located in the plot of the current warehouse of ThyssenKrupp Jupiter Stomana OOD. The plot is located existing metal warehouses, administrative building and outdoor track and crane scales.

Finishing installation works on the following site: Apparel Manufacturing Building, Kyustendil. The investment project envisages the construction of a single-storey freestanding manufacturing building with a two-storey administrative/utility unit.

SINGLE-STOREY FREESTANDING MANUFACTURING BUILDING
The building is one storey high. The main load-bearing construction of the building is metal. The building is a 2-opening frame with an opening of 14.55 m.

TWO-STOREY ADMINISTRATIVE/UTILITY UNIT
The building has two storeys. Concrete beamless slabs are envisages to be constructed.
Strimona Stroy EOOD is responsible for the manufacturing, delivery and installation of the steel structure.

The total weight of the steel structure was 115,914.00 kg.
